Direction of Uses:

  • Prepare the area
    Place the blanket on a flat surface such as a bed or mat. Ensure your body and skin are clean and dry before use.

  • Wrap or cover the body
    Lie down or position the blanket over the target areas so the LED surface faces your body.

  • Select your settings
    Turn on the controller, choose RED, NIR, or RED+NIR mode, adjust brightness (1–100%), and set the timer (1–30 minutes).

  • Begin treatment and relax
    Start the session and relax while the blanket delivers light therapy. The device will automatically stop when the timer ends. Regular use as recommended in the manual supports optimal results.
